General Guidelines for No Previous Passport

All applicants must apply in person at Clerk's office

Passport application, filled out but not signed (available from Clerk's office or online through above link)

Certified copy of applicant's birth certificate

Current Idaho driver's license or two secondary forms of identification

2 identical passport photos

Check or money order to U.S. Department of State for application fee

Check, money order or cash to Payette County for execution fee. We do not take debit or credit cards.

APPLICATION FEES

Standard passport books received in 6-8 weeks

Age 16 and over $110.00 check or money order to U.S. Department of State, plus $25.00 cash or check to Payette County ($135.00 total)

Age 15 and under $80.00 check or money order to U.S. Department of State, plus $25.00 cash or check to Payette County ($105.00 total)

Execution Fee is $25.00 per application for all ages

Age 16 and over $182.85 check or money order to US Department of State, plus $25.00 cash or check to Payette County, plus $19.95 cash for express mail ($227.80 total)

Age 15 or under $152.85 check or money order to US Department of State, plus $25.00 cash or check to Payette County, plus $19.95 cash or check  for express mail ($197.80 total)
