Payette County Recording requirements to record Surveys:

  1.    One Full sized treated Mylar copy with surveyor’s seal, signature and date for us

  2.    One 8 ˝” x 11” paper copy, with surveyor’s seal, signature and date for us.

  3.    Index Number(s) printed or written on Survey.

  4.    Surveying company’s or surveyor’s name printed or written on Survey.

  5.    Name of customer for whom the survey was done printed or written on Survey.

  6.    Enough room to affix our label without obscuring info on survey.

  7.    $5.00 per page recording fee.

  8.   Up to ten (10) extra copies (Mylar or paper) conformed at no extra cost for your records.

 

Payette County Recording requirements to record Subdivision Plats

  1.  One Full Size treated Mylar copy with all dates, signatures and notaries for us.

  2.  One Full Size Silver Emulsion copy with all dates, signatures and notaries for us.

  3.  One 8 ˝” x 11” paper copy with all signatures and notaries for us.

  4.  All Engineering and City/County fees must be paid before we can record.

  5.  $11.00 fee per Subdivision up to 100 lots.

  6.  $.05 extra for every lot over 100 in the same Subdivision.

  7.   Up to ten (10) extra copies (Mylar, Silver Emulsion, or paper conformed for you at no extra cost for your records.
