The sending property is located near 5450 Elmore Road, Fruitland, ID. and owned by Larry J. Church Family Trust.  

The “Receiving” property is described more specifically:
A portion of land in Section 26-8N-5W Tax 220 in Blk 9 (in NENE), Boise Meridian, Payette County, ID. [Tax Parcel 9774]

The “Sending” property is described more specifically:
A portion of land in Section 13-7-5, PVL&O Blk 7 Lying SW of I-84N less w 110’ of N120’ of Lot 16, Boise Meridian, Payette County, ID. [Tax parcel 1177]
